CAAV members are agricultural and rural valuers who provide professional advice and valuation expertise on issues affecting the countryside. As a Fellow, Josie provides specialist advice on an array of topics affecting farmers and landowners.
Daniel has practised in the region for over 25 years having studied at Harper Adams in the early 1990s. Daniel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
Daniel’s lifelong involvement with hands on farming has given a solid foundation for providing all aspects of rural professional advice. Daniel particularly enjoys assisting farming families with succession planning and identifying options not necessarily immediately apparent and working through transitions with the other professionals involved.
Daniel is a firm believer in delivering honest and straight forward advice yet with a sympathetic view for the more delicate situations that can be encountered. Daniel’s interest in all types of agricultural and horticultural equipment has proved invaluable over the years when selling machinery and he still enjoys wielding the gavel and conducting dispersal sales.
